They discussed what was going to be done before they did anything. They gave me a report with all that was needed to be done and an estimate to the nickel. The final cost was in the ball park of the estimate and their communication left no surprises. He sat down and talked to me. He was very friendly. His workers were very clean and on time. They finished in the amount of time they said they would and they cleaned up well. It was like nothing happened. I was amazed by the quality of their work. He was very patient with us and he was never in a rush or rushed us with anything. They came at 8:00 AM and left at 5:00 or 6:00 PM. Nothing was left undone. They were pleasant.”
